Below is a list of the frequently asked questions that we have had from our valued clients. If you do not see your question, please feel free to call us at (909) 930- 1887.
Are your auctions in person or online?
Both. You can participate in person or online in order to participate online you will need to register in advance.
Can I purchase a vehicle using my own bank or credit union?
Yes. Just ask one of our clients to provide you with a purchase order and you can take that purchase order to your bank or credit union to get your loan.
Can I put a hold on a car before the auction?
Yes you can pull the car out of the auction before the live auction begins with a $500 deposit which will go through towards the purchase price of the car.
If I win a bid when can I pick up the car?
You can pick up the car the same day or you will have three days to pick up the car from the time you went at the auction. As soon as you’re the successful winner, you will be required to pay $500 towards your winning bid and then you will have three days to pay your balance.
What is your auction fee?
15 percent of the winning bid.
Do you finance?
Yes. You can get qualified online or in person.
Can I just come and buy a car without the auction?
Yes Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. You can qualify for financing or just buyout the car ahead of time.
Are kids allowed?
Yes kids are authorized as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
How old do I have to be to participate?
Over 18
What days are your Public Auctions?
Our live auctions are every Saturday and Sunday Rain or Shine.
How long is the auction?
Takes between one to two hours depending on how many cars we have and how fast Auctioneer goes through them.
Can I bring a scanner?
Yes all of our cars are smog certified and do not have any codes or engine lights. You are authorized to bring a scanner with you.
How does your inspection process work?
Test drives are available daily between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. We also give you two hours inspection on the weekends prior to the live auction.
Which ones of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, any major credit card debit card Zelle Apple Pay cashiers check
What do I need to bring with me?
You must have your drivers license or a valid government issued photo ID. You must also be 18 or over to participate in the bidding.
Are you open to the public?
Yes. Anyone 18 and over, can participate.
Where do I park?
Customer parking is available at the lot next-door the sports bar in the front and side section overlooking our lot.
